Please find some information below to help you schedule 3VT, Saymore, Sitepro & SEA products
PLEASE NOTE – IF A BOOKING IS MADE FOR A CONTENT CALL TO TAKE PLACE WITHIN 24 HOURS, THE USG SUBMISSION AND SALE LOAD SHOULD TAKE PLACE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BOOKING IS MADE
- Please do not book in a Saymore SitePro or Adwords consultation with less than 10 hour’s notice.
- The Online CopySheet should be submitted 24 hours in advance of any Consultation. Click here to submit online copysheet.
- Please inform the relevant account manager of any information or examples used that will help the consultation calls.
- If you require a consultation at short notice please talk with Danielle, Susanne or Stephen by phone.

- No Sitepro or SEA consultations should be scheduled between 11a.m. and 12.30p.m.
- All re-scheduled Consultations must be re-booked using the scheduler.
- The following information must be included in the scheduler.
· What the booking is for (Sitepro / SEA etc.)
· Date and Time
· Customers full name (first name and last)
· Customer Email
· Customer Phone
· SUB ID
· Company Name
· Order Number (if available)
Where a customer has purchased a SitePro and / or SEA, the Saymore consultation will be carried out on this consultation call so there is no need to schedule a separate Saymore call.
